Amazing Grass Bars

i love the amazing grass superfood bars. amazing grass was cool enough to send some chocolate bars to the tucson marathon des sables camp i just coached. they were very well received.

today, febuary 1st 2009 is the first day the amazing grass: organic green superfood chocolate bars are available online. i've been eating them on my long rides lately and love the taste of the chocolate bars... plus i like knowing that i'm eating unprocessed organic goodness.

Hey Matt, I'm guessing so, but do you know if all their products are Gluten Free? I could easily google this but figured I'd drop ya a line instead!

Yeah, found out just over two years ago now and solved nine years of serious heart burn medication!! Long story short, it's improved everything from my clarity of mind on down to my racing and results.
I'm liking the sounds of this stuff, might have to look at possibly bringing it into NSA?
Too bad you won't be out for Orcas this weekend, looks like a lot of fun!

Have you eaten that Turtle Mountain dairy free, gluten free, totally organic ice cream yet? I just had some the other night and I was impressed.

Matt, by the way, you were my tipping point on the whole dairy thing. I had been hearing about dairy for the last couple of years but I was raised on a diet loaded with dairy and I was set in my ways. Finally, when I read your post on Laird Hamilton, it was the 3rd or 4th time in as many days and I said "oh what the hell". I've been doing it for 2 weeks straight now and the improvement in my allergies and asthma has been tremendous. Thanks so much for hammering on this point.

sd100 that just made my day! most people hold it close to their hearts like religion or something when you ask them to give up dairy for 7 WHOLE days. i know it's not easy but it's worth trying right?.. well i'm glad it worked out for you.. and that i could help push you towards living a healthier and happier life!!

Sorry, NSA is North Shore Athletics, the running store I work at, it's funny cause the name of the store is not quite indicative of a running specialty store, but it's widely regarded as the best running store on The North Shore...and not a bad place to grab a paycheque from!

Great seeing ya this weekend, we'll have to plan that ride sometime in the spring!
