Running Around the Sisters Mountains Video

i created this video on jumpcut.. and it's ok. but the bugs in their software are bad and frustrating - i tried. it slows and skips for me at every transition, and there are a lot of transitions.

Good stuff Matt! Looks like you're really ready to crank out a very good race at Teton! Look forward to hearing about the race. Yep the tapering is always funky. I agree with you as well. I definitely would not do 100-120 mile weeks consistently all year long. I know that would not be smart at all. However during the bulk training periods I would like to breach the 100-110 mile range, of course using that as a peak week, and then followed by something like a 70-90 mile week the following.

Yep I have my nasty 100 miler coming up very soon.

awesome footage! How do you film and run at the same time? That's what I call talent :)

Hope your head is ok...

yes the head has healed up fine. some nice scabs to pick at too. tapering has gone well, i just got done teaching my last spin class tonight. now it's pacing jamie gifford at ccc100 for 15 miles saturday. 3-4 super easy mon. then just hike the first 6 miles of the course to the high point at grand targhee on thurs. 100 miles on saturday with 20,000 feet of gain! sounds easy right?!
